Felipe Estrada
Felipe Estrada founded STRAD Services with a clear mission: deliver reliable, high-quality work with integrity and accountability. With hands-on experience across residential and commercial maintenance, repair, and renovation, Felipe built STRAD to be the kind of company he'd want to hire — one that shows up, communicates clearly, and does the job right the first time.
Based in the Downey area of Southern California, Felipe personally oversees every project to ensure STRAD's standards are met. His approach is simple: treat every property like it matters, because it does.
STRAD Services operates 24 hours, with regular hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and after-hours and emergency calls available when you need them.
